• Tent $28.00/day (water & electric)
• Riverfront sites (any) $30.00/day (water & electric)
• Trailer/RV/Pop Up $30.00/day (water & electric or full hook-ups)
• FREE Cable TV where available

Holiday Weekend rate: 3 nights for $110.00 paid in full at time of reservation

Seasonal Sites (3rd Weekend in April to Columbus Day)

• $1750.00 - Weekends & Holidays & 2 weeks vacations
• $2300.00 - Full-time
• Metered electric
• Cable  $130.00/season
• NOTE: New seasonal on river extra $100.00

Monthly Rate: $550.00 includes cable, electric metered

• Day - $4.00 Adults / $2.00 Children Under 12
• Overnight - $10.00 Adults / $5.00 Children Under 12
• Age 5 & under no charge
• Additional  $2.00/person charge opening day & holidays

Cancellation Policy

• 2 Weeks - Full Refund
• 1 Week - 25% Handling Fee
• Less than 1 week - No refund
• No exceptions due to inclement weather
• Holidays - 25% fee, Less than 2 weeks NO REFUND

Specials
Pay for 6 days and get the 7th day FREE (except holiday weeks), stay consecutive weekends and leave your unit plugged in during the week unoccupied for only $5.00/night (based on availability)
